Dr. Blake A. Crosby, D.M.D.
Dr. Blake Crosby is a Periodontal Specialist and Implant Surgeon. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College before pursuing his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from The University of Florida. Dr. Crosby is Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery.
During his academic journey, Dr. Crosby garnered numerous accolades, notably being honored by The American Academy of Periodontology as the recipient of the 2021 award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics. After, he pursued advanced training through a rigorous three-year Periodontics residency program at the Dental College of Georgia, specializing in Periodontal and Implant Surgery.
Born and raised in Lakeland, Dr. Crosby has a deep-rooted connection to his community. Outside of his professional pursuits, he finds joy in spending quality time with his family, hunting and golfing. He and his wife welcomed a precious baby girl into their lives in February 2024.
